GOI Circular on Adoption Leave, March 2006
Circular No. 13018/4/2004-Estt. (L), issued by The Ministry of Personnel, P.G. & Pensions, Government of India, sets out instructions applicable to female employees in the Central Government, providing for leave upto 135 days to female employees in the case of adoption of a child upto 1 year of age.
