CSA proposes to work on major initiatives in Child Welfare- Adoptions, to begin with. We shall work towards building the Adoption Community of Stakeholders. As Catalysts / Change Agents, we shall be the Providers of information, Facilitators for improving efficiency and funding, Campaigners for creating/ enhancing awareness and Co-ordinators for bringing like-minded agencies/ individuals together. All our interventions will be based on ongoing research.

Empowerment of NGOs in the chosen fields is the simple philosophy on which this initiative is based.
