Managing Committee

CSA Board Members are a group of highly qualified professionals each, well established and recognized in his/her field of work.The CSA Board has 11 members; Vipul Jain, Bharati DasGupta and Mathew Thomas respectively, are the Office Bearers. The members contribute time and ideas to the overall design of initiatives; each Board member takes on the responsibility for a specific activity.

Vipul Prasad Jain President		Vipul Prashad Jain has a B.Tech. from IIT- Kanpur (1978), and a MBA from IIM Ahmedabad (1980) where he won the President’s Gold Medal for topping the MBA class. An alumnus of the Tata Administrative Services, he later co-promoted Kale Consultants Ltd. He now heads the Company as its MD. He is an active member of NASSCOM. Vipul is one of the Founders of CSA and is its President.
Bharati Das Gupta Member - Secretary		Bharati Das Gupta is one of the Founders of CSA and is the Managing Trustee. Her specializations are in English Literature and Organisation and Methods. Fomerly an eminent banking administrator heading Management Services at the Indian Banks’ Association, Mumbai,  she was also, the former HR head of Kale Consultants. As a Consultant,  she also  associated with organizations such as Saudi British Bank, Red Hat (I) Pvt. Ltd., and Datapro. For the last 8 years she has been the missionary for adoption. She is also, involved with the cause of Animal Welfare.
Mathew Thomas Treasurer		Mathew Thomas has a Post graduate degree in commerce and a Diploma in Taxation Laws. He is  Vice President and Head of  Accounts and Commercials, at Kale Consultants Ltd. He represents Kale on the CSA Board and has been its Treasurer for the last 6 years.
Shibani Jain Member - Secretary		Shibani Jain is a Graduate of the National Institute of Design, Ahmedabad. Her professional assignments have been with Ogilvy & Mather and Tata Interactive Services, Mumbai. She set up Craftsbridge Private Ltd., in Pune, and was its CEO until she moved to Mumbai. She set up Baaya Design in Mumbai and is its CEO. Shibani is an adoptive parent and one of the Founders of CSA.
Javed Tapia Member		Javed Tapia has a MBA in Business Administration from Duke University, USA. He is the Founder of Clover Technologies and is responsible for bringing Red Hat Inc., into India by starting the subsidiary under the flagship brand name of Red Hat India Pvt. Ltd. Javed is the founder of Duke University’s Fuqua Alumni Club in India and a member of The Entrepreneurs' Organization (EO), Young Presidents’ Organization (YPO) and Mumbai Angels. He is currently the Managing Director of Clover Infotech, Director of Clover Realty & Infrastructure Pvt. Ltd., and Clover Technologies Pvt. Ltd.
Brajesh Misra Member		Brajesh Mishra is Director – Risk Management at the Indian School Finance Company, Hyderabad-a Non Banking Finance Company that finances schools for the under privileged. Brajesh was earlier, General Manager at ICICI Bank for about 14 years. Brajesh is a graduate in Mechanical Engineering and holds an MBA from MS University, Baroda. He is also, an Adoptive parent.
Meher Gandevia Member		Meher Gandevia–Billimoria  has  professional specializations in  Hotel Management & Montessori Education. She has worked with Special Needs and ESL (English as a 2nd Language) children at Bangkok Patana - the British International School in Bangkok.  She was Head of Education at the Akanksha Foundation for about 5 years. As a consultant to NGOs, she has worked with The Research Society, (Institution for Mentally Challenged Individuals) and Centre for Advancement of Philanthropy.
Vinayak Kamath Member		Vinayak Kamath is an Engineer from BITS Pilani and an MBA from Jamnalal Bajaj. Vinayak has worked for 17 years in various companies, at leadership positions with organizations such as Kale Consultants as Senior VP - People and Processes,  Genpact (formerly GE Capital) as Vice President in the IT business and Halcyon Private Equity as Director responsible for Operations, Investment evaluation and fund-raising. In 2010 Vinayak set-up VIVA, a boutique investing and advisory firm making small private investments and actively working with the investee companies to enhance their performance.
Rahul Kulkarni Member		Rahul Kulkarni has a Masters degree in Labour Studies and human resources from Mumbai University. He is Head of HR,  Kale Consultants Ltd., Mumbai. Prior to joining Kale, Rahul was Head - HR at Stryker Global Technology Center and has worked for leading organisations like Cipla, Sun Pharmaceuticals and Glenmark Pharmaceuticals. His areas of specialization are- Talent Management and Talent Sourcing. development practices, Training& Development and Prformance management systems. Rahul is an accomplished speaker and has been invited to speak at various industry and academic forums.
