2002 Inception
2005 CSA makes a foray into rural adoption
2006 Our first adoption facilitation success – The Maganty family adopted 3 year old Divya from LaturBased on our intervention, WCD moved older children into RIPAs that could find homes for themOur first orphanage intervention – Computer centre with 8 workstations at PJNUK
2007 CSA hoarding on the Mumbai-Pune expresswayOur first media coverage in the Times of IndiaCSA ventures into Odisha and VidarbhaCSA is listed on Give India
2008 CSA is listed on DASRA
2009 Special Needs Home, Love Trust, set up in Buldana. 8 differently-challenged abandoned children were transferred from various adoption agencies across Maharashtra¬†CSA is listed by Credibility Alliance/CSO PartnersA Family for Every Child’ – our book on adoption publishedCSA awarded ‘The Best Small NGO’ in Western region by ReSource AllianceCSA met Prime Minister of India and submitted a petition seeking review of childcare practices in India
2010 CSA commences work in Goa
2011 CSA commences work in Chattisgarh and in Madhya Pradesh
2012 CSA selected as NGO to be studied as part of LIME-CNBC TV18-Hindustan Unilever Initiative
2013 Centre for Advanced Research and Development (CARD), Bhopal conducted a study on mapping of child care institutions in Madhya Pradesh sponsored by CSA – 53 institutions from 25 districts were covered
2014 All CSA Supported Child Care Institutions in Goa registered under Juvenile Justice Act 20003 Special Needs Children supported by CSA successfully placed for overseas adoption
