CSA's chosen field of work is Child Welfare. Having zeroed in on Adoptions for the present, we will focus almost entirely, for the next few years on building the Adoption community. We will continue to research other areas of destitute child care- primarily to identify interventions for the CSA Community.

Rehabilitation of the institutionalised destitute child is an area of interest that we hope to take on, in due course. We believe that there is immense scope to streamline rehabilatation of the destitute child. We would track the progress of the destitute child through its logical steps of educating, learning and earning. Tying up with training institutions , corporates and financial sponsors, we believe that the process can end only when the child becomes completely independent and able to take care of herself, on attaining maturity.

We also, intend to work in the area of Foster Care as a substitute to institutionalised child care.
